17 night holiday enjoying LA, San Francisco and three of our favourite Hawaiian Islands.
In this Hawaii holiday you will spend a few nights in each of Kauai, Honolulu and Maui, our favourite three of these islands. Your trip will be bookended with a further three nights in each of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
We have included car rental in Maui, although airport transfers are included at the other locations. We can add additional car rentals if you would like to explore further.
Remember - All our holidays can be shortened or extra nights added or modified with upgraded hotels, car etc. We love building tailor made road trip holidays!

Los Angeles (3 nights)
You’ll arrive in Santa Monica for your first three nights. Enjoy visiting the nearby Santa Monica Pier and other attractions such as the Griffith Observatory, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and of course seeing the famous Hollywood sign!

Days 4 - 7:
Honolulu (4 nights)
You’ll make the flight from LAX to the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Here you’ll find Honolulu, the Hawaii state capital, famous Waikiki, Diamond Head State Monument, a 300,000-year-old crater and the USS Arizona Memorial, which commemorates the lives lost in the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Kauai (3 nights)
Just 40 minutes by plane from Honolulu, discover this six-million-year-old ‘Garden Island’, made popular in movies and known for its lush landscape. Both Waimea Canyon State Park and Koke'e State Park offer hikes featuring Waipo Falls and sweeping views of the Kalalau Valley.

Maui (4 nights)
The second largest island, Maui, is your home for the next 4 nights. Collect your rental car and enjoy whale-watching, pristine beaches and the spectacular Road to Hana. Sunrise at Haleakala is a must-see experience too. The awe-inspiring sight as the sun rises through the clouds is a vision you will never forget.

San Francisco (3 nights)
The final three nights will be in San Francisco. Perhaps hire a bike and take a cruise over the famous Golden Gate Bridge, take a ride on a cable car or maybe head to Pier 39 for your dinner. Don’t rush though, you are staying here for 3 nights.

San Francisco & Fly Home
Spend your final morning seeing some of the sights of San Francisco; there is plenty to see and do in this amazing city. Then, in the afternoon you will head to the airport, drop your car off and catch your overnight flight back to the UK.

Pacific Coast Highway, CA
If you have a few more days available, we can build the Pacific Coast Highway into your trip. Drive from San Francisco through Monterey, Big Sur and Cambria before arriving in Santa Monica for a couple of nights before heading to Hawai’i. A minimum of 4 extra nights would be recommended

If you fancy a few nights in Sin City, you can either swap your nights in LA or San Francisco for a few days in Las Vegas or we can add a few extra nights on to give you time to enjoy this amazing city.
Big Island, HI
The island of Hawai’i, more commonly known as the "Big Island” is the largest and southernmost of the group of islands. We recommend a minimum of 3 extra days here to enjoy natural attractions such as Volcanoes National Park, the stunning Rainbow Falls and the lush rainforests.
