We’re not just another travel company selling USA and Canada holidays, we’re a team of passionate travellers ourselves who have spent years building up experience travelling throughout North America and in organising road trip holidays.
You can rest assured that our team have a second-to-none knowledge of all the holidays we sell. Your trip will be tailor-made to suit your duration and budget, but we go further than that - in your personalised road trip guide, we will also recommend places you can visit during your trip, restaurants to eat at and a few bits of interesting trivia too.
Remember too, with many USA and Canada road trip holidays, it isn’t all about the destination - it is about the journey and we make sure that you are on the best roads, scenic routes and seeing the best North America can offer.

Since 2022 we have asked the respected global customer reviews platform Feefo to collect independent feedback from every client who books a trip with RouteTrip USA.
These reviews provide a true reflection of our clients’ opinions and we are unable to edit or exclude any of the feedback so, good or bad - they will be available for everyone to see.
To recognise top performing companies that go above and beyond to deliver great service and put the customer at the heart of everything they do, Feefo created the “Trusted Service Award” and we were delighted to win the Gold Award at our first opportunity, January 2023 and again in 2024.

We take your financial protection extremely seriously and have taken a belt-and-braces approach to protect your money in two ways. We are full ATOL Licence holders (#11486) and from the moment you pay your deposit and secure your flight inclusive trip, your entire holiday package will be fully protected.
We are also members of Protected Trust Services (PTS) who provide industry leading and fully compliant trust account services to the travel industry which ringfences clients monies for all flight inclusive packages sold by RouteTrip USA as an additional layer of financial protection.
In addition, for all package holidays, including those without flights, we further protect your money in compliance with "The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018” through our arrangement with PTS.

From the moment you contact us about your holiday, one of our travel experts will carefully tailor an itinerary to suit your individual needs. We’ll choose quality airlines such as British Airways, American Airlines or Virgin Atlantic and you’ll usually get airport lounge passes for your outbound journey. Your car or motorbike will be collected from a top rental company and we’ll hand pick all accommodations to suit your preferences.
You’ll then be invited to download the RouteTrip USA Travel Companion App from the App Store or Google Play which, once logged in will provide you with your flight details (with live information such as times, gate information and baggage carousel number), hotel and vehicle rental details, weather forecast for each overnight stop and our recommended points of interest, restaurant recommendations and so on, all with directions and maps (subject to data).
Once you are on your trip, you will be able to message us directly through our app, send us a WhatsApp message or call 24/7 using our USA phone number should you need any help. Not got roaming on your phone? No problem, in most cases you’ll get free mobile data through our handy little app.
