Journey Through the Clouds

Day 1:
Calgary

Arrive in Calgary and spend time exploring this cosmopolitan city on your own. That could be going to the top of the Calgary Tower, exploring Prince's Island Park or much more. You’ll stay overnight in Calgary.

Day 2:
Banff

Depart Calgary this morning for a full-day transfer concluding in Banff. Journey to Banff, where you will enjoy a spectacular boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka. Highlights include Bow Falls, Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos. Admission to the Banff Gondola included. Your transfer ends on arrival in Banff late this afternoon. Overnight in Banff.

Day 3:
Banff

Enjoy the day with free time to relax or book your own activities at your leisure. Banff has activities for all, from relaxing in the Banff hot springs, and exploring the bustling town, to outdoor wildlife adventures. Overnight in Banff.

Day 4:
Yoho National Park & Lake Louise

A morning half-day transfer takes you into Yoho National Park to view some of its natural wonders. Among the attractions are the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake and a natural rock bridge spanning the Kicking Horse River. The transfer ends in Lake Louise, where the rest of the day is at your leisure to enjoy this awe-inspiring location. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Day 5:
Lake Louise

Enjoy the day with free time to relax or book your own activities at your leisure. With its unique history and picturesque scenery, Lake Louise will not disappoint. Learn about the local wildlife, paddle the lake by canoe, or simply relax amongst the beauty. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Day 6:
Jasper

Continue your journey from Lake Louise to Jasper on a sightseeing tour of Banff and Jasper National Parks via the Icefields Parkway. Bow Lake, the Columbia Icefield, Glacier Skywalk, and Athabasca Falls are among some of the day's highlights. You will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier. Overnight in Jasper

Day 7:
Jasper

Enjoy the day with free time to relax or book your own activities at your leisure. The resort town of Jasper and the surrounding national park offer various activities from relaxation to adventure.

Day 8:
Day on Rocky Mountaineer

Travel onboard Rocky Mountaineer from Jasper in the Canadian Rockies to Kamloops, in the heart of the British Columbia Interior. During your journey, you will be surrounded by dramatic scenery and the river valleys of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains. Today's highlights include the climb over the Yellowhead Pass, Pyramid Falls and Mount Robson.

Day 9:
Day on Rocky Mountaineer

Your journey continues towards the Pacific Ocean and Vancouver. Again you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the B.C. Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. . Your rail journey ends on arrival in Vancouver this evening. Overnight in Vancouver.

Day 10:
Full day in Vancouver

Enjoy the day with free time to relax or book your own activities at your leisure. Vancouver has activities for all interests, including visiting historic Gastown, dining in lively Yaletown, or enjoying a walk on the Stanely Park Seawall. No matter what you choose to do, the Coast Mountains and the Pacific Ocean surround you. Overnight in Vancouver.

Days 11 & 12:
Final Morning & Fly Home

Enjoy your final morning in Canada. Later today you’ll take your overnight flight back to the UK.
