We understand that you may need a little more flexibility than usual with your next trip. So, when you book your 2022 holiday with RouteTrip USA and if, nearer the time you decide you are not ready to travel we will allow you to postpone your holiday as late as 60 days before departure for another date in 2022 or 2023 should you need to at no extra charge*
Of course, If it is not possible to travel or the UK Government advises against travel we will contact you to discuss postponing your trip and other options which may be available.
We’re trying to be a little more flexible with payments too. Deposits currently start from just £99 per person and we can offer more flexible, bespoke payment arrangements to help you plan for your 2022/23 trip.
Our holidays are fully ATOL protected too, so you can book with complete peace of mind.
“Double-Lock" Financial Protection
We take your financial protection extremely seriously and have taken a belt-and-braces approach to double protect your money. We are full ATOL Licence holders (#11486) and from the moment you pay your deposit and secure your trip, your entire flight inclusive holiday package will be fully protected.
We are also members of Protected Trust Services (PTS) who provide industry leading and fully compliant trust account services to the travel industry which ringfences clients monies for all flight inclusive packages sold by RouteTrip USA as an additional layer of financial protection.
In addition, through our arrangement with PTS we further protect your money in compliance with "The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018”.
Any packages booked prior to 1st April 2021 will be financially protected by alternative arrangements. Find out about your financial protection here
